Refund and Returns Policy

At Prakruti Herbal, we ensure that every product is processed with care and delivered in perfect condition. Please read our Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy to understand how we handle issues related to orders.
1. Return & Refund Eligibility
You can request a refund or return only if:

You received a damaged, leaked, expired, or wrong product.

You inform us within 48 hours of delivery.

The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
2. Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

Opened or used products

Products without original packaging

Personal care & health consumables
-
Free gifts or promotional items
3. Refund Process
Once your request is approved:

Refund will be initiated within 5–7 business days

Refund will be credited to your original payment method

In case of COD orders, refund will be processed to your bank account or UPI
4. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing the order.

Cancellation is not possible after the product is shipped.

If payment was made online, refund will be processed after cancellation approval.
5. Replacement Policy
You may request a replacement if:

You received the wrong item
-
Product is damaged during transit
-
Product has expired
Replacement will be initiated after verification of photos/videos submitted by you.

7. Important Notes

No refund will be issued if the product is used or tampered.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error is from our side.
